Mr. Héctor Peña is 31 years old, and lives in the San Cayetano district in the municipality of Villa del Carmen, the department of Managua. He is married and his wife is a housewife. They have two children; one is 9 and one is two months. They live in their own home. He has worked for six months as an auto mechanic in the town of Villa del Carmen. Before this, he worked in a mechanical workshop.

El señor Héctor Peña tiene 31 años de edad, vive en la comarca de San Cayetano del municipio de Villa del Carmen, Departamento de Managua, casado su esposa ama de casa, tiene dos hijos de nueve años y dos meses, viven en casa propia, trabaja como mecánico automotriz en la Alcaldía de Villa del Carmen desde hace seis meses, anteriormente trabaja en un taller de mecánica. Como necesidad primordial es la seguridad de su familia, por lo cual se le ha presentado dificultades por falta de financiamiento. Gracias al préstamo en Afodenic lograra comprar materiales de construcción como: cemento, ventana, piso para la construcción de un anexo ala vivienda y poder estar en mejores condiciones.
