Bozui Na Ekenge Plus Group

This group consists of 26 members, one of whom is Frederick Kiminu, who has his hand raised in the picture.

Frederick Kiminu manages his own crafts workshop, where he sells bowls, buckets, watering cans, and waffle makers, which he creates from sheet metal. He also sells second-hand items. Frederick started his business in 1992, selling drinks; this business later transformed into his crafts workshop. In the enterprise of developing his workshop and becoming a supplier of hardware stores in the area, Frederick has joined one of the Hope RDC's groups known as "Bozui na Ekenge Plus" to benefit from continuing financial support through loans. The next loan he is requesting will be used to buy materials for his business with the goal of increasing the quality of his products and thus increase his revenues.

Frederick is 45 years old, he is married and the father of 4 children aged between 4 and 19 years old. 3 of his children are currently in attending secondary school. His business generates $30 a week for him and is situated in southeast Kinshasa.

Frederick Kiminu gère son propre atelier artisanal là où il vend des basins, seaux, arrosoirs et gaufriers fabriqués à l’aide des tôles. Il vend aussi des objets de seconde main. Frederick a commencé son activité en 1992 en vendant la boisson qui a été transformée plus tard en atelier artisanal. Dans le souci de développer son atelier et devenir fournisseur des quincailleries de la place, Frederick a intégré un des groupes de Hope RDC dénommé « Bozui na Ekenge Plus» pour bénéficier d’un soutien financier permanent à travers des crédits. Le prochain prêt lui servira d’acheter le matériel de travail de son atelier dans le but d’améliorer la qualité de ses produits et ainsi accroitre le revenu. Frederick est âgé de 45 ans, marié et père de 4 enfants âgés entre 4 et 19 ans dont trois vont à l’école secondaire. Son activité lui génère $30 par semaine et se situe au sud-est de Kinshasa.
