Sr. De Ccoyllority Cachimayo Group

This is the Sr. de Ccoyllority Cachimayo community bank. The members of this bank are natives of the Cachimayo district, some 40 minutes from the city of Cusco.

The members alternate their work at home with businesses, mostly farming and raising livestock which they then sell, but other members operate groceries or sell cell-phone serices or footwear in Cusco's Paraiso shopping area. Still other members have a "loceria" [don't know--might be loncheria or snack bar] store where they sell pots, plates, drinking glasses and so on. Another group of members sells fresh milk straight from their own cows. One member owns a restaurant and 2 others operate taxi services. They need loans so that they can invest in their different businesses and continue to improve their economic well-being.

Our members are grateful for the help the loans offer them in a region where bank financing isn't widely available. They are committed to being disciplined about repaying the debt within the agreed-upon time.

Este es el banco comunal “SR. DE CCOYLLORITY CACHIMAYO”, Los miembros de este banco son originarios del distrito de Cachimayo, ubicado a 40 minutos de la ciudad del Cusco.

Los socios alternan sus actividades del hogar con la ganadería y la agricultura en primer orden, después se dedican al comercio minorista, algunos socios tienen una tienda de abarrotes, otros venden celulares y zapatos en el centro comercial paraíso en Cusco, otros socias tienen una tienda de locería ellas venden ollas, platos, vasos y demás; otro grupo de socias venden leche fresca que sus vacas producen, una tiene restaurante, y otros 2 socios trabajan brindando el servicio de taxi. Para lo cuál requieren el préstamo para poder reinvertir en sus diferentes actividades y continuar con el progreso económico de sus hogares.

Nuestros socios se encuentran muy agradecidos y valoran el apoyo prestado debido a que en este distrito la banca financiera es escasa, del mismo modo se comprometen a cumplir eficientemente y disciplinadamente con el pago de sus deudas en el plazo estipulado.
