Sarwari Begum Muhammad Ali Group

Sarwari begum baji is the wife of Muhammad Ali and has resided in a city called Arifwala, Pakistan for the past 10 years. Her husband has a milk-selling business. He buys milk from the milk shops and sells to the community and earns income. Sarwari baji is also a very hard-working lady. She has a clothes-sewing business to share the financial burden of her husband. She is applying for a loan to buy a buffalo for her husband so that he will be able to start his own dairy business.

This loan consists of four additional people:

Latifan baji wants a loan to buy a movie camera for her movie-making business.

Motia baji wants a loan to repair her family's auto-rickshaw (a local three-wheeled motor vehicle).

Manzooran baji wants a loan to buy repairing tools for her family's motor workshop.

Shabana Afshan baji wants a loan to buy ingredients (lentils, cooking oil, and spices) for her food-selling business.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.

About Group Loans
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a group of individuals bound by a group guarantee.
