This is Amidu Kargbo, Adamsay Kargbo, Alie Kamara, and Mohammed Koroma. They call their group Young Tourists. This will be the fifth loan these entrepreneurs are accessing from Kiva through SMT. Previous loans were very helpful in the businesses and lives of these people. Their businesses, and thus their livelihoods, grow. Having repaid their last loan successfully, they are requesting a new loan in order to further strengthen their businesses. They are seeking a loan of Le 1,300,000.00 each.

Amidu Kargbo (middle) is the leader of this group. Amidu was born in Makeri, about twenty-two miles from Makeni City. He is thirty-seven years of age. Amidu is married to a business woman who sells slippers; they have three children. Two of their children are in primary schools and one is still young. Amidu sells slippers and has been in the business since 1994.
