Nusrat Kurbonov

Kurbonov Nusrat is 48 years old. He is married with four children. Nusrat cooks national meals like plov, lagman, and oriental dumplings. Nusrat is a very experienced cook. The income from the business is used by Nusrat to improve the living conditions of his family. Now he is planning to make a major repair of the café to attract more new clients and keep the old ones. Tajikistan is known for its rich history, which includes a key post along the Silk Road and the end of Alexander the Great's rule. It has also produced great thinkers, philosophers, scientists and poets, including Rudaki, Avicenna, Ferdowsi, Omar Khayyam, Jomi, and Rumi.
