Hafizan Muhammad Akram Group

Hafizan baji is the wife of Muhammad akram. They have resided in a city named Lahore, Pakistan, for the past 15 years. Her husband has run a construction-supplies business for more than three years. He sells the supplies to building contractors and earns income. Hafizan baji is a very hardworking lady. She has a business of making electric wire rolls and selling them to the electric shops. She has been doing this work for more than two years. Her business gives her a good income, which allows her to share the financial burden with her husband. She is applying for a loan to buy construction supplies to advance her husband’s business.

This group loan consists of four additional people:

Shamshad baji wants a loan to buy vehicle spare parts to sell. Nadra baji wants a loan to buy groceries for her grocery shop. Shahida baji wants a loan to buy scrap for her scrap business. Shagufta baji wants a loan to buy school bags to sell.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.

About Group Loans
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a group of individuals bound by a group guarantee.
