Edith is 34 years old. She and her husband live in their own house, along with their two children, ages 14 and 10. For the last year, she has worked in transportation. They have two cars. Her husband drives one of them, and for the other she has hired a driver. Each day, both cars cover the provincial route of their zone and there is no specific day off, unless they need to do maintenance on the vehicles. This business has enabled them to cover the household costs as well as save for another vehicle in the near future. This is the 8th loan Edith has had from MFP. She is very content with the progress she is making and will continue to work with the communal bank. She also enjoys every moment she spends with the other members of the group. She will use the requested loan to cover maintenance costs on the two vehicles.

Edith tiene 34 años, vive con su esposo y sus 2 hijos de 14 y 10 años en su casa propia. Desde hace un año se dedica al transporte y a la ganadería. Tiene dos autos, uno lo maneja su esposo y para el otro ha contratado a un chofer, ambos cubren diariamente la ruta interprovincial de su zona y no tienen un día específico de descanso, salvo que se necesite hacer un mantenimiento técnico a los carros. Este trabajo le ha permitido solventar los gastos familiares y ahorrar para poder adquirir otro carro en un futuro cercano.
