Kusi Killa Group

Kusi Killa Communal Bank which means Happy Moon in Quechua , begins its fourth cycle with 19 members.

The members have different businesses such as selling fruit, haberdashery, foods, small animals, bread, clothing, crafts, general groceries, candy and root vegetables.

As is the case with Toribía, a 54 year old widow who has 2 children. Toribia sells fruit and sweets every day as a walking saleswoman at Ayacucho's city center.

While Zenaida, who is a 39 year old single mother of 5 children. Zenaida is a walking saleswoman who sells cebiche (a typical food made with fish) with the help of her children. She also has a business washing clothes on Saturday and Sunday.

The members need different loan amounts such as 300 soles, 450 soles, 600 soles, 1050 soles, totaling the amount of 9.450 soles in community bank loans.

Their loans will be invested in the purchase of tables, chairs, candy, fruit, clothes, rice, sugar, milk and small animals.

The dreams of the members are expanding their businesses, their children completing their studies, buying land and owning their own homes.

El Banco Comunal Kusi Killa que significa Luna Alegre en quechua, inicia su cuarto ciclo con 19 socias.

Las socias realizan diferentes negocios como la venta de frutas, mercería, comidas, animales menores, panes, prendas de vestir, artesanía, abarrotes en general, golosinas, tubérculos.

Como es el caso de Toribia es viuda, tiene 54 años y 2 hijos, Toribia vende frutas y golosinas de manera ambulatoria en el centro de la ciudad de Ayacucho, actividad que realiza todos los días.

Mientras que Zenaida, que es soltera, tiene 39 años y 5 hijos, Zenaida vende cebiche (plato preparado con pescado) actividad que realiza de manera ambulatoria con la ayuda de sus hijos, además los días sábados y domingos lava ropa ajena.

Las socias necesitan diferentes montos de prestamos como 300 soles, 450 soles, 600 soles, 1050 soles, haciendo un total de 9,450 soles de prestamos en el Banco Comunal.

Sus prestamos serán invertidos en la compra de mesas, sillas, golosinas, frutas, ropa, arroz, azúcar, leche, animales menores.

Los sueños de las socias son ampliar sus negocios, que sus hijos culminen sus estudios, comprar un terreno y tener casa propia.
