Store Sales are going well

Entrepreneur: Cruz Rivera
Location: Guayaquil, Ecuador

Cruz Rivera has a general store located on a main street near another market. Her business is doing well but due to location she faces a large amount of competition. She therefore places emphasis on providing excellent customer service (locating specific products clients request) and selling at economical prices. In order to sell at a competitive price while earning a living, Cruz must negotiate lower prices with her wholesalers. Capital in the form of cash has been the only way to do that. Cruz therefore wants to take out more loans with Mifex and Kiva in the future. Right now, she works very hard to be punctual with all her monthly payments. She thanks the Mifex and Kiva community for their ongoing support of her business.
