Lolita Flores

Lolita Flores is from the town of Lopez Jaena. She is forty-nine years old. Lolita is married and has four school-age children. To make a living, Lolita owns and operates a general store in the local community, selling a variety of different products. Lolita has been engaged in her business for over thirty-seven years and earns approximately $53 a month for these activities.

In 2005, Lolita joined PMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation through engaging in business activities. Lolita has successfully repaid a previous loan of 15,000 PHP from PMPC. This loan was used as working capital to purchase additional inventory. Lolita is requesting a new loan of 20000 PHP which will be used to buy more products to sell. This loan will be her eighth loan from PMPC. She plans to use the revenue generated from the business to improve the general living conditions of her family.
