Maqbool Muhammad Sharif Group

Maqbool baji is a wife of Muhammad Sharif. They have both been citizens of Lahore, Pakistan for the past 15 years. Lahore is famous for its Punjabi food and its historical places. Muhammad has sold leather for the past 4 years. Currently, Maqbool baji is requesting a loan to advance her husband’s business.

Maqbool baji is the leader of a loan group that includes four other women.

Ruqaiya baji wants a loan to buy construction supplies (sand, brick and cement) to sell.
Munawar baji wants a loan to buy groceries for her grocery shop.
Khursheed baji wants a loan to buy seasonal vegetables to sell.
Khalida baji wants a loan to buy material (minced meat, cooking oil and spices) for her food selling business.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible for doing so.
