Loan Updates Entrepreneur: Riza Abeso Location: Zone 14, Kabacsanan, Iligan City, Philippines Having four school-aged children whose primary source of income is buying and selling green bananas to the local community with an average monthly income of P 1 000 to support the needs of the family was not easy for this 41-year old mother of Kabacsanan, Iligan City.Thanks to Kiva and HPSFI, this woman who suffered a lot in providing her family's daily basic needs, is now enjoying the little raise in the revenues of her business. The money she lent from the foundation was used to procure more items in her business thereby increasing her income too.
