Carmen Briginia

Carmen is a member of the Community Bank "El Grupo Real".

Carmen is married, she is 48 years old and has 3 grown children, aged 25, 22, and 17. They are all working and going to school.

Carmen used to run a Buffet restaurant from her home with the help of her daughters for the local schools, but it didn't go very well so she decided to change her business. She started selling breakfast foods in the streets for many months until she decided to sell the same foods from her home. She bought three small tables and now she sells breakfast and lunch foods every day.

Since Carmen has started with Finca (Kiva Field Partner) she has learned the value of money, she learned to save, and she is always on time with her payments.

Carmen requires a loan of 800 soles to purchase cold cuts and coffee.

Carmen's dream is to own a restaurant selling traditional criolla foods.

Carmen es casada tiene 48 años, tiene 3 hijos mayores. De 25, 22, y 17 años que trabajan y estudian.
Carmen hacia buffet con sus hijas en su casa para los colegios, pero no le fue bien y decidió cambiar de negocio, se puso a vender desayunos por las calles como ambulante por varios meses, hasta que decidió dar desayunos en la puerta de su casa, compro tres mesitas, ahora da desayunos y lonches todos los días.
Desde que Carmen esta en Finca, aprendió a valorar más el dinero, ha ahorrar, a ser cumplida con los pagos.
Carmen necesita un préstamo de 800 soles, para la compra de embutidos y café.
El sueño de Carmen es tener un restaurante y vender comida criolla.
