In the Alto Lima Community Center you will find the “Flor De Eucalipto” (Eucalyptus Flower) Association. This group is composed of twelve women, who work responsibly as they pursue their own activities.

Existen diferentes negocios dentro el grupo, tales como: venta de ropa, producción de colchones y payasas (colchones de paja), venta de refrescos naturales, elaboración y venta de api con pasteles (api = mazamorra de maíz), tejidos artesanales en lana de alpaca, también tienen tiendas de consumo. La mayoría de ellas ofrecen sus productos en puestos de la feria 16 de julio ubicado en la ciudad de El alto,

About Group Loans

The members are involved in different businesses like clothing sales, production of straw mattresses, soft drink sales, production and sales of cakes with api (corn porridge), handmade fabrics of alpaca wool, and other retail shops. Many of them sell their products at the “16 de Julio” (July 16th) market located in the city of El Alto.
They all wish to increase their production and sales. For this reason, they need to buy additional merchandise and raw materials (such as straw, alpaca fiber, winter clothing, flour, etc.).
