Adizatu Yakubu

Adizatu Yakubu is married and has five dependents. She has received schooling through junior high. Adizatu sells provisions at Ashante Road in Cape Coast, something she has done since 1989 but on a smaller scale. Her husband is a commercial driver.

Adizatu uses her income to pay for school fees, utility bills and clothing for her children and other expenses. Adizatu will use the loan to purchase more provisions to fill her store. With the new profits from her expanded business, Adizatu plans to support her husband in saving towards a house they plan to build for the family so that they can stop paying rent and also have enough rooms for their large family.
