Saak Guiss 2 Group

We are a group of women who live in the eco-village of Palmarin. Having already benefited from a loan, which has been repaid without much difficulty, we want to continue to manage our businesses producing and selling processed foods (peanut butter, couscous, beans, and salt). We wish to be able to furnish the entire village with foodstuff and even to resupply the fishermen with food for their trips on the high seas.

With the initial loan, we were able to build a store house. However, with this new loan, we wish to bolster our capacity to store foods and to change out our salt extraction equipment, which dilapidated.

Nous sommes un groupement de femmes qui habite l'écovillage de Palmarin. Ayant déjà bénéficié d’un prêt qui a été bien remboursé sans difficulté majeure, nous voulons continuer à mener nos activités sur la production et la vente de denrées alimentaire transformées (pâte d'arachide, couscous, haricot, et sel). Nous souhaitons pourvoir fournir tout le village en denrées alimentaires et même ravitailler en nourriture les pêcheurs qui vont en haute mer. Avec le premier prêt, nous avons pu construire un magasin de stockage. Cependant, avec ce nouveau prêt, nous souhaitons renforcer notre capacité de stockage en denrées et changer notre matériel d'extraction de sel qui est vétuste.
