Millicent Yeboah

Millicent is single and has no children. Currently she is dependent and lives in a rented apartment.
She lives in Sefwi in the western region of Ghana. She is a 26-year-old trader who trades in clothing materials. She is a very hardworking young lady who works very hard to cater to herself and her business. She trades in garment cloth and lace materials. This is a business she has done for seven years. Lace material is very useful in room and office decorations. She treks to Kumasi to buy her stock of goods. For lack of adequate working capital, Millicent buys a few stocks of lace materials and garment cloth and sells through hawking. She sells her goods through hawking and she does that during the market days in the surrounding communities. For this reason she requests loan support to make business progress. She believes the loan will enable her to grow her business to the expected level. With the loan, she wants to purchase in bulk lace materials, garment cloths and textiles. She belongs to the village bank called ‘Doduo’, which means plenty.
