Doña Maria Jamileth Salas is 47 years old and a resident of the Laureles Norte neighborhood in the capital of Managua. She has three adult children who live on their own. Her plans include completing the renovations to her zinc house, which is quite old and unsafe. Her business involves butchering pigs and preparing fried pork dishes for sale. She started her business six years ago with the help of loans.

This current loan will be used to purchase building materials to complete the stone walls of her kitchen, which will give her the decent home she greatly desires. In the future, Doña Maria would like to expand her food business. She thanks AFODENIC for supporting her with the loans and helping her succeed.
