Kelewele is prepared from ripe plantains chopped into very smaller pieces, wrapped with paper and fried with cooking oil. It has a good taste. Kelewele is mostly eaten with fried groundnuts. She wants a loan to buy more ripe plantains and groundnuts to upgrade her business. She belongs to a community group called ‘Yehowa neme whefo’ which means God is my keeper.
