Inoyatkhon Tursunova

Inoyatkhon is a sharp, energetic entrepreneur from Dushanbe, Tajikistan. She started her own clothing business sixteen years ago and has been building a successful enterprise. She has a good location in the market for her sales and creates an attractive display of clothing for passing customers. She is a married woman with two children. The income she is able to make is a help to her to support her children with a proper education.

Inoyatkhon has requested a loan of 12,000 Somoni so that she can purchase an inventory of new clothing. This loan will allow her to increase her income by having the right clothing available to meet seasonal demand. Tajikistan is known for its rich history, which includes a key post along the Silk Road and the end of Alexander the Great's rule. While the people of Tajikistan are working to improve its agricultural production and manufacturing sector, nearly two-thirds of the population still live in abject poverty.
