The Community Bank "Rosalinda de Constancia" belongs to the community of Pampas-constancia in the district of Lircay located in the department of Huancavelica. This community raises livestock and some weave, but most of its members are agricultural farmers and this is their primary source of income.

Bertha Lucila is married, she has four children aged 10, 9, 8 and a baby of 11 months. She runs a grocery store, which she begun with a small amount of capital and manages herself because her husband due to a lack of work has left to work in the mines. She has asked for a loan of 500 soles to invest in her shop to purchase essential goods such as rice, sugar and oil. Her dream is to improve her business and to stock many more things in order to have higher sales and more income.

Reymunda is married, she has three children aged 22, 17 and 12. She has a shop where she sells sweets, biscuits, soft drinks, candy, gum etc. She used to be a walking salesperson in the stadiums and at events, but later she established her own shop. She is asking for a loan of 600 soles in order to buy snacks. Reymunda wants to continue helping her children so that they can be professionals and better their lives.

Rosa is married and has 6 children, in her grocery shop she sells all sorts of essential products. She started some 30 years ago with the help of her husband and the encouragement of their children. She is asking for a loan of 600 soles in order to purchase products for her shop. She would like to be more independent with her money and will use her savings to improve her home and help her children.

El Bancomunal Rosalinda de Constancia pertenece a la Comunidad de Pampas-Constancia del distrito de Lircay ubicado en el departamento de Huancavelica. Esta comunidad se dedica a la crianza de vacunos y ganados, algunas se dedican al tejido, pero la mayoría son agricultores, es su imagen fuente de ingresos.

Bertha Lucila es casada, tiene 4 hijos de 10, 9, 8 y un bebe de 11 meses, su negocio es una tienda de abarrotes, se inició con un capital pequeño, el negocio lo maneja ella misma, su esposo por falta de trabajo se fue a laborar a la mina. Ha solicitado un préstamo de 500 soles que invertirá en su tienda para la compra de productos de primera necesidad como arroz, azúcar, aceite, etc. Su sueño es ampliar su negocio, surtirlo de muchas cosas, para tener más ventas y más ganancias.
