Gladis

Gladis is thirty years old and single. She lives in her own house with her daughters; Celeste is eight, and Erica is two and a half. She describes herself as being a very curious person. Her initiative to sell beauty products was born from this curiosity. She gives her customers advice about which cosmetics are best for them according to their complexion and the color of their skin.

Being a very creative woman, she also makes beautiful necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, etc. She has been in this business for one year, and it been going very well. Everything that she designs and offers is much in customer demand. Because of this she has a secure monthly income, which is very profitable.

Gladis really likes her work. Since she does not have a boss, she gets to decide herself what to do and when to do it. This gives her time to take care of her daughters. But, her work is not easy. It requires great dedication and effort to make each one of her pieces of jewelry. It also requires good vision and being good at close work.

In the near future, Gladis would like to have a large bazaar where she could offer all of her merchandise.

This is her first individual loan with MFP. She was punctual with all of her payments when she worked with a community bank. With the money she will buy more cosmetics to fill her orders. She will also buy beads, and other stones to make her lovely jewelry.

Gladis tiene 30 años, es soltera, vive con sus hijas Celeste de 8 años y Erica de 2 años y medio de edad en su casa propia. Ella se describe como una persona muy curiosa, y por esta curiosidad nació su iniciativa de dedicarse a la venta de productos de belleza, ya que le permite aconsejar a sus clientas sobre los cosméticos le van mejor de acuerdo a su tez y color de piel. Además de eso también elabora bonitos collares, pulseras, anillos, aretes, etc., siendo una mujer muy creativa. Desde que incursionó en este negocio ha pasado un año, en el cual le ha ido muy bien, ya que todo lo que ofrece y diseña es muy requerido por su clientela, por ello tiene ingresos mensuales seguros, resultándole muy rentable. A Gladis le gusta mucho su trabajo, ya que no tiene un jefe, ella misma decide qué hacer y cuándo hacerlo, lo que le da tiempo para el cuidado de sus hijas. Pero su trabajo no es nada fácil, pues requiere de gran dedicación y esfuerzo para realizar cada una de las joyas, además de buena visión y puntería. En un futuro cercano, Gladis quiere tener un gran bazar donde ofrecer toda su mercadería. Este es su primer crédito individual con MFP, donde se ha caracterizado por ser muy puntual en todos sus pagos, cuando trabajaba con un banco comunal. Con el dinero solicitado comprará mayor cantidad de cosméticos para cumplir con sus pedidos y también adquirirá mostacillas y otras piedras para realizar sus lindas joyas.
