Born in 1984 in Gavi-Kopé in the prefecture of Zio in the south of Togo, Mrs. Akouvi Amedzoko is married and the mother of 3 children. She is a young woman who did not have the good fortune to pursue her studies because she did not have the financial means. She went into farming along with her husband. Very enterprising, she is specialized in growing sweet potatoes, a root crop which is much appreciated and is a basic staple for the people of the south of the country. This activity brings in a substantial income to help her husband pay for their children's schooling and support the family. In order to expand the land she has under cultivation and to buy fertilizer, she is requesting a loan. This will allow her to increase her yield and her revenue.
