Faamati is a forty year old mother of four children. She runs a stall at the local flea market where she sells the produce from her small farm. Faamati admits that it is difficult to raise children on your own as well as running a business at the same time, because that determines whether your family eats or not. Faamati is concerned because she knows that not all of her crops are growing to their full potential and are being over-run by local insects. In order to ensure that she is able to provide the basic necessities for her children, Faamati is searching for a way to improve her crop yield, and thus has applied for a small loan to buy some fertilizers and pest control agents for furher development of her business.

Faamati Ioane is a member who loaned from Mutiatele center. She was using her previous loan to buy chemicals and weed killers for maintaining the good growth of her vegetable garden business. She also adds up her plantation to back up and goes together with her same business and they are going well now. She delivers them around the village and at the market during the weekends where she earns a lot of profit. She is hoping of getting another loan to build a new house for her and the family for good living and is thankful for the program for supporting her in terms of finance.
