Mr. Songneang Sao, 42 and his wife, Mrs. Chanthoeun Chea, 30 were married in 1997 and have two children: one son and one daughter. The eldest son attends school and the daughter is still young. The family lives along national road number one about 15 kilometers from Phnom Penh.
