Señor Silvio Rivas is 40 and lives in the Augusto Cesar Sandino neighborhood in the capital city, Managua. His wife is a housewife, and all three of their children are in school. He works at a gas station, where he sometimes works days and sometimes works nights. He has had this job for a year and a half. He hopes to find another job where he can make more money. His plans for the future are to improve his home to give his children safety. Because of the lack of financing, he hasn't made improvements to his humble home. Thanks to the loan that Afodenic is offering him, he will be able to buy construction materials like cement, iron, metal, and bricks. He is going to build a room so his house will be in better condition.

El Señor Silvio Rivas de 40 años de edad, habitante del barrio Augusto Cesar Sandino en la capital de Managua, su compañera de vida es ama de casa, tiene tres hijos todos los tienen estudiando. Se desempeña de técnico de pista en una gasolinera, trabajo que intercalan las horas de trabajo algunas veces de día y otras de noche, desde hace un año y medio trabajo en ese puesto, aspira a otro forma de vida en la cual gane más. Los planes que tiene para el futuro es mejorar su vivienda para darles seguridad a sus hijos. Por falta de financiamiento no ha realizado las mejoras que necesita su humilde casa. Gracias al préstamo que le brinda Afodenic lograra comprar materiales de construcción como: cemento, Hierro, zinc, bloques y ladrillos. Para la construcción de un cuarto para estar en mejores condiciones.
