Tarcila

Tarcila is a member of Obreras ('Workers') community bank. She is 62-years old, married, and has four children. Tarcila has a glass shop called San Cristóbal in her house; she runs the business with her husband. In addition to glass they sell glass display cases, for which they have hired an employee to help with. Tarcila needs a loan of 2,600 PEN that will be invested in the purchase of aluminum. She dreams of increasing the products she sells.
