Analyn Dalahay

Analyn Dalahay is from the village of Senor, Sinacaban, Misamis Occidental. She is 30 years old. Analyn is married and has 2 school-aged children. To make a living, Analyn owns & operates a business venture in the agriculture sector raising crops. While not the only means for generating revenue, the main source of income for the business comes from planting & selling crops for sale such as corn, cassava, banana, etc. Analyn has been engaged in her business for over 2 years and earns approximately 1,500.00 Philippine Pesos (about US $32) a month for these activities.

In 2005, Analyn joined PMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Analyn has successfully repaid a previous loan of 7,000.00 PHP from PMPC. This previous loan was used to to purchase fertilizers such as manure. Analyn is requesting a new loan of 2,000 PHP which will be used to purchase additional seeds, seedlings & young crops to raise. This loan will be the 7th loan taken out by Analyn from PMPC. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve the general living conditions of her family.
