Evelyne Amba has a terrasse as her business. She started this business in 1994 by selling four drums of palm oil that gained her $700 in capital in 1997. In 1998, she tried selling second-hand clothing but abandoned that business the same year following its failure. She then decided to get started in the sale of beverages and does so today.

Since her customers are ever-growing in number, and having concerns about increasing her revenues, Evelyne has planned to use the loan of this May to buy nine cases of sweet beverages to satisfy her customers. Currently, her capital is at $150, and her business brings in a profit of $60 per week. Her ambition is to open a beverages outlet. She has become a loyal member of a HOPE group since December 2008.

Evelyne is married and the mother of seven children, ranging in age from 7 to 23 years, who are all students.

Evelyne Amba a comme activité commerciale, une terrasse. Elle a commencé à exercer le commerce depuis 1994 en vendant 4 futs d’huile de palme qui lui ont procuré un capital propre de $700 en 1997. En 1998, elle tentât de vendre des habits usagers qu’elle abandonna la même année suite à l’échec. Elle se décida ainsi de se lancer jusqu’aujourd’hui dans la vente des boissons. Comme ses clients ne cessent de croitre et dans le souci d’accroitre le revenu, Evelyne a planifié d’acheter avec le crédit de mois de mai courant, 9 casiers de boissons sucrées pour satisfaire le besoin de sa clientèle. Actuellement, son capital propre est de $150 et son activité lui procure un bénéfice de $60 par semaine. Son ambition est d’ouvrir un dépôt des boissons. Elle est devenue membre fidèle de l’un des groupes de Hope depuis décembre 2008. Evelyne est mariée et mère de 7 enfants âgés entre de 7 à 23 ans dont tous étudient.
