Fatima baji has resided in a city named Borewala, Pakistan for the past 8 years. Her husband's name is Amjad saeed and he runs a CD center in the market. He has 3 years of experience in this business. He buys CDs from the famous market of the city of Lahore named “Hafiz center” and sells to his native city. Fatima baji operates a business sewing clothes. She sews clothes to share the financial burden of her husband. She is applying for a loan to buy more CDs for her husband’s CD center.

She is the group leader of four other women from her locality. Qamar baji, Rafiqan baji and Nusrat baji each want a loan to buy fruits & vegetables to sell. Hajran baji wants a loan to buy leather for her shoe making business.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
