Señor Martín Miranda lives with his wife and three children in his own house in the Alpacoma neighborhood, in the vicinity of the city of El Alto. Martín is a police official and with that income he supports his family. The loan he is requesting is to fix the stairs in his house, since they have deteriorated which makes them dangerous for his young children. He also wants to remodel a room in his house so that his wife can open a grocery store and her earnings would increase the family's income. This is the second time that they have requested a loan. The results of their socio-economic analysis are favorable and they have been approved for this loan.
