Teresa Respicio

Teresita Respicio is already 46 years old and she is from Barangay Santiago Reina Mercedes, Isabela. She is married to Basilio Respicio, 59 years old, who is a humble farmer in their village. They are blessed with three children: Jeffrey (a security guard), Sheryl Myla (a fourth year college student), and Archie (a second year college student). Teresita works hard because her children need more financial assistance to be able to finish their college studies.

Teresita and her husband manage a transportation business as their source of income. Teresita believes that through their business, they can save their earnings and provide for their basic needs and other commodities. She is very much willing to improve their transport business, which will help uplift their living situation. But they don’t have enough capital to invest towards its improvement. Thus, she wants to borrow a loan, amounting to PHP7, 000.00, which will be used towards the maintenance (general repair) of their motorcycle in order to keep it in good condition. This will enable them to acquire many customers and thus increase their income. She also wishes that she will able to have a retail business someday to further support her family's daily needs.
