Cecilia Arthur

Cecilia Arthur is married with two children and is educated to junior high school level. Since 2006 she has worked as a trader selling jewelry at Ankwanda near Elmina, while her husband works as a teacher. Cecilia uses her income to provide her family’s housekeeping money and, occasionally, to pay her children’s school fees. She will use her loan to purchase more earrings, necklaces and rings for resale. With the new profits from her expanded business, Cecilia plans to use some for her children's education and some to build a family home.
