Abdul Wali Khan, who is 35 years old, is married and the father of 3 children. He lives in Jalalabad city Nangarhar province and he is involved in agriculture in his own village in the Angoor Bagh. And he says if he receives this money he will buy some seeds and necessary things for his land and more.
