Remie Addun

Remie is engaged in the hog raising business in her village in Andarayan South of Solana, Cagayan. She is already 40 years old and is married to Emerlito, a public elementary school teacher. They have two children: Ariah Joy, who is in grade one, and James Aldrich, who is 4 years old and an incoming nursery student for the next school year. Remie is helping her husband earn a living for their family through her small business.

Remie is a college graduate with a degree in education. However, she prefers to be a full-time wife and teach her children good values, as well as establish her own business. Her pig pen is located at the back of their house. She has been managing her enterprise for almost four years. Her business has provided her family with their basic needs and at the same time assisted her husband in sending their children to school.

Remie maintains her hog raising business for the future of her children. In order to further develop her hog raising, Remie is asking for a loan amounting to PHP 15,000.00 that she will use to buy some piglets. She dreams that she can buy a jeep for a transport business someday and that somehow her children will finish their college educations.
