Sophia Msilanga

Mambo from Tanzania! This is 30 year old Sophia Msilanga from Mwanza. She is married with two children between the ages of 1 and 7 years old. Sophia has been running a hardware business since 2008. Her business is to sell building construction materials such as nails. She works at the business for 12 hours per day, 6 days per week.

SELFINA has taken a lead role as a pioneer of micro-credit in Tanzania through Micro-Leasing.
