Prisma Microfinance
Update from Kiva Staff on September 1, 2009:
Prisma‘s partnership with Kiva was closed in September 2009 on a mutually agreeable basis. All money owed to Kiva lenders has been paid back. Kiva continues to partner with the Honduran branch, Prisma Honduras, whose fundraising borrowers can be found here.
Prisma Microfinance, Inc. is a microfinance institution which provides micro-loans internationally, helping to alleviate poverty while providing a return to investors. Microfinance services are targeted to low and moderate income businesses and households including the provision of credit for micro-loans.
